Need a bedroom for fall near WMU? 1 bedroom available in a nice 3 bedroom apt in Kalamazoo, Michigan

I'm looking for a subleaser to take over my portion of rent for a 3 bedroom apartment at the xxxx Lafayette apartment complex. Rent is $380 per month plus gas/electric. Water, trash and internet/basic cable are provided with the apartment. I am willing to pay the $200 subleasing fee and your $20 application fee for the new lease to be drawn up. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen/dining room area and washer/dryer. I don't have any pictures of the apartment because I have not moved in yet but the website http
